We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

✔️ Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Hairbands and accessories are not eligible for return (for hygiene reasons)

• Items purchased during any sale or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange. (This includes all discounted events, bundle offers, and flat price sales.) 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at joysparc@gmail.com from your registered email ID with:

• Order Number

• Registered Phone Number

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

We currently DO NOT offer direct exchanges.

The easiest way is to:

1. Initiate a return for the current item

2. Place a fresh order for the desired size or product

This ensures faster processing and better availability.

Reverse Pickup / Shipping

• If your pincode is serviceable, we will arrange a reverse pickup

• If not, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Refunds will be issued to:

• Original payment method, or

• Bank transfer (for COD orders)

• The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7–10 working days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.

If your refund hasn’t been received within 15 working days of approval, kindly write to us at joysparc@gmail.com.

Cancellations

We understand plans can change!

• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

• In such cases, you can request a return after delivery as per our return policy
