Shipping Charges
We’re happy to offer free delivery across India for pre-paid orders—no minimums, no surprises ✨

However, cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹2,499. A nominal COD fee may be applied for COD orders. Joysparc ™  reserves the right to confirm, cancel, or restrict COD orders in cases of repeated returns .

For now, Joysparc™ ships within India only.

While we work with trusted logistics partners, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond our control.

• Share the delivery OTP only after receiving your package
